We are a team of engineers with extensive experience in the design and construction of railway, tramway, metro, and civil works projects across Europe and further afield. We have successfully overcome numerous challenges, introduced innovations, improved work quality, optimized costs, and, most importantly, achieved high client satisfaction.
Our collective experience has led us to establish our own engineering consultancy, aiming to provide invaluable support to main contractors on projects by filling expertise gaps and offering innovative, out-of-the-box solutions.

Company Founder
I graduated with a master's degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in railway systems, from Cracow University of Technology in Poland. My career began with mainline railway renewals and tramway design in my home country.
I expanded my expertise working on various projects in the UK and in the Middle East:
CAD specialist for 3D modelling of wind farm infrastructure (RES-Group)
Track Designer for Alstom Transport's Nottingham tramway extension, focusing on slab track design
Project Engineer for Network Rail, managing S&C renewals in London
Track CRE for the Crossrail Project (Plumstead and Westbourne Park Railheads)
Lead Civil Works Designer for the Bristol Area Signalling Renewal & Enhancement Project, and further in the Middle East
Lead Track Designer
Project Coordinator, interdisciplinary role on Riyadh Metro
Trackworks Quality Manager for Riyadh Metro, for the entire project (3 metro lines and 2 depots)
Project Coordinator of the Design Review team on the Client's side for the Al Masar Sports Boulevard project in Riyadh, managing multiple disciplines including public realm, architecture, urban planning, and utilities.
All the roles and responsibilities I've had have made me a well-rounded engineer and manager who looks at construction projects from many aspects. I have a great appreciation for every discipline and the challenges it faces. At the same time, I have noticed that many problems appearing on projects could be prevented or solved by effective communication and information management. I also believe that design has an enormous impact on construction methodology that shouldn't be overlooked, and by introducing certain allowed modifications, significant time and cost savings could be achieved.
Throughout my career, I've successfully implemented and adapted to various management methodologies, such as Traditional (Waterfall), Agile, and Hybrid models. This versatility has allowed me to tailor project approaches to specific needs, balancing structure with flexibility.
As a manager, I am passionate about creating a positive atmosphere at work where everyone can work effectively, playing to their strengths.
Currently, I am actively expanding my expertise in Quality Management and Project Management as well as Building Information Modelling (BIM), that pursuit aligns with the industry's shift towards digital transformation and data-driven decision-making in complex engineering projects.
